Fabien Grabette

Fabien developed a passion for law at an early age and was introduced to commercial leasing during his first years of practice. He has built up particular expertise in this area with renowned professionals.

He has also extended his expertise to property Law, contract Law and insolvency, and deals with cross-disciplinary issues.

Ceren Chloé Kahya

She advises and litigates in all areas of property and construction law for both private individuals and professionals.

Prior to joining DLBA AVOCATS, Ceren Chloé Kahya developed in-depth expertise in prestigious French and Anglo-Saxon law firms specialising in commercial litigation and arbitration. 

She also enriched her career in the legal department of one of the world’s leading communications companies, where she practised contract law.

Caroline Lombard

Caroline LOMBARD has more than 20 years of experience in advising and/or litigating on behalf of local authorities, developers, contractors, companies and associations.

Her multidisciplinary skills in public and private law enable her to conduct litigation before both administrative and judicial courts.

Thomas Lebarbier

Initially trained in criminal law, Thomas LEBARBIER is a graduate of the Institute of Criminology and a former law lecturer at the Réseau des Grandes Ecoles Spécialisées. He discovered his passion for property law through practice.

He deals with all matters relating to joint ownership, such as challenges to resolutions or general meetings, disputes between joint owners and recovery of joint ownership fees. He also assists joint owners’ trustees and helps project managers and owners with summary proceedings and the opening of expert reports. He is also experienced in disputes relating to the sale of real estate, such as broker’s commission, claims and nullity.

Elina Santé

She advises on all types of real estate and construction matters. Prior to joining the firm, she trained in large international structures (CMS Francis Lefebvre & LVMH – Moët Hennessy).

Elina also has experience in wine and spirits law and in advising companies, associations and trade unions in the wine sector. Elina Santé is fluent in English.
